Definitions:

Pragmatic - dealing with issues sensibly and realistically in a way that is based on practical rather than theoretical considerations.
Medicine - the science or practice of the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
PragMed - a resource for healthcare professionals attempting the pragmatic practice of medicine.

Goals:

Review pitfalls and pro-tips for common management issues in primary care
Compare efficiency of various algorithms for approaching the same problems.
