From your dragon bar, click on the Dragon Icon, and then "manage auto-texts" to bring up the window where you may add your own custom templates.
The templates below are just suggestions. You may copy and paste them into the "content" box under each new item.
Leaving a semicolon on the top line, followed by pressing "enter" twice for a new paragraph will ensure that your template will appear on a new line, rather than tacking on to the end of whatever your EMR tries to place immediately before the contents of the text box in EMR where the information is entered.
Leave the colon off if you want the text to stay in line with the EMR's formatting.
Leave an extra bracket in places where you frequently add text, so that you can navigate quickly to the spot quickly using the "next field" button on your power mic or using keyboard shortcuts to tab between each bracket.
Placing brackets around phrases you may or may not always include also makes it easy to remove or edit them quickly by simply tabbing to the desired field and pressing "delete" to remove it, or start typing or dictating while that field is active to replace the information in that part of the auto text.
